Our Role
LF Capital serves as the Group's investment and property platform, aligning capital with execution across the experiential hospitality ecosystem.
We invest alongside our partners, structure property-level ownership vehicles, and oversee governance at both the portfolio and asset level. Each property is held in a dedicated special-purpose entity, enabling transparency, alignment, and risk isolation.
We hold assets with a long-term orientation, allowing each property to mature, strengthen its operation, and compound value across the full hold period before a disciplined, well-timed exit.
